Pretty much brand new besides the back left clip to tighten is a little broke since that was a flaw with the 2. It doesn't effect the playability though since there's other tightening options and you can get a 3rd party strap for cheap (like $20 or less which still makes it cheaper than a new quest 2 by a lot). CAN STILL PLAY IT PERFECTLY FINE SINCE IVE USED IT MYSELF WITH ONLY ONE TIGHTNING CLIP
