Only residents of the house are an adult male (the owner of the house) and a friendly cat.
House is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath on a secluded large private lot that backs onto a wooded area. 3rd bedroom is used for laundry and storage so there would be no other renters.
Renter would have:
- All utilities included
- Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, large dresser, desk, large closet, smart TV, and internet connection. (If you have your own furniture these items can be removed).
- THEIR OWN LARGE BATHROOM with shower/bath
- ONE INDOOR PARKING SPOT in a large two-car garage
- Extra parking in carport
- Internet
- Washer and dryer
- Dishwasher
- Access to large finished basement, storage shed, deck, and all other areas of the house (excluding my room).
The house is right next to Hannawa Falls on Back Hannawa Road (County Route 59), about 3 miles from Clarkson and 4 miles from SUNY Potsdam.
Rent is $575 inclusive.
